Four quick questions so the right wealth manager takes your call, then pick a time that suits you. About a minute.
This service is intended for those who are actively considering buying physical gold and would like to understand the available options before proceeding. The minimum allocation is £10,000. If you are considering less than that, our guides are the right place to start, not this form.
Three steps. The first two take about two minutes.
A few details about the amount you may wish to allocate, your likely timescale and what you would like to understand. This lets us check the service is relevant before asking for anything more.
As soon as you submit, a calendar appears with your details already filled in. Pick a 15-minute slot that suits you. If nothing works, leave it and we will email you within one working day.
A named wealth manager calls at the time you chose to understand your objectives and explain the options: the form of gold, likely costs, purchasing arrangements, ownership, storage and the next steps.
Any suitability, identity or source-of-funds checks required later will be explained separately. No payment is taken through this enquiry form.
Four commitments, in writing, before you spend anything. Ask for them in the first conversation.
Every bar and coin is sourced from refiners on the LBMA Good Delivery list, with provenance you can verify.
Allocated storage with a specialist vault partner, insured to £3m and audited. Your metal, in your name, not on a balance sheet.
If you want to sell, we buy back at a stated spread to the live price. You will have this in writing before you buy.
Premium over spot and every fee, shown in one line, before you commit. No hidden storage or exit charges.
Taken from what UK investors actually search for before buying.
Yes. This service is for allocations of £10,000 or more. If you are considering less than that, our guides and the weekly gold market update are the right place to start, and you are welcome to come back when the amount is right.
There is no requirement to declare a purchase. Some UK coins are exempt from Capital Gains Tax when sold; bars are not. We explain the difference before you choose.
Nothing. The call lasts about 15 minutes, it is free, and there is no obligation to buy. No payment is taken through this form. LGX is paid through the premium over the spot price if and when you decide to buy, and that premium is shown to you in writing before you commit.
Yes. You can take delivery to a UK address, insured in transit, or hold the metal in allocated, insured vault storage in your own name. If you plan to store at home, check your household policy first, as bullion is usually excluded or capped at a low limit. Storage and delivery costs are set out in writing before you buy.
No. LGX is not a regulated financial adviser. We explain the options, the costs and how ownership and storage work, so that you can make your own decision. We do not recommend how much to allocate and we do not forecast the price. Physical gold is not regulated in the UK, it is not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme or the Financial Ombudsman Service, and its value can go down as well as up.
